How can test centers order paper-based test materials?
Approved paper-based test centers will automatically receive new test materials annually. To order additional or replacement test materials, click here. To order additional Answer Sheet Return labels, click here.
Will the test center need to do anything differently to administer the HiSET exam in Spanish?
No, the test administration process is the same for the HiSET exam in Spanish. All exam instructions are designed to be self-read by the test taker, ensuring a smooth and consistent testing experience. We do offer the Directions for Test Administration/Administar los Exámenes HiSET en Papel (in Spanish).
What should a proctor or test center administrator do if they suspect misconduct during a testing session?
If a proctor or test center administrator suspects misconduct, they should report it to the PSI as soon as possible. They can contact the Help Desk or submit an incident report. Following the proper procedures helps maintain a fair and secure testing environment for all test takers.
